3. Estimates and Contracts
All estimates are provided in good faith based on the information available at the time. Final pricing may vary based on scope changes, material costs, or unforeseen site conditions. Work does not begin until a written agreement or contract has been signed by both parties.
4. Payment
Payment terms are outlined in your individual project contract. Failure to make payments as agreed may result in a work stoppage until the account is brought current. Grasso Construction reserves the right to pursue all legal remedies available for unpaid balances.
5. Changes to Scope
Any changes to the agreed scope of work must be requested in writing and approved by Grasso Construction before work proceeds. Change orders may affect the project timeline and total cost.
6. Warranties
Grasso Construction stands behind the quality of its work. Warranty terms, where applicable, are specified in your project contract. This website and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Grasso Construction shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific project in question.
8. Third-Party Subcontractors
Grasso Construction may engage licensed subcontractors to assist with certain aspects of a project. We remain responsible for the overall quality and completion of the work as outlined in your contract.
9. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be handled in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, with venue in Ocean County or Monmouth County, New Jersey.
